  Additional Information
  • All Airport Direct standard fares consist of door-to-door private car service in a non-smoking, low-profile Lincoln Town car, Cadillac Sedan de Ville or similar luxury vehicle and include all tolls and driver gratuity. Total passenger capacity for sedans is four; parties of five or more will require van service.
     
  • Arrival permit, waiting charges and parking fees will be added as incurred.
     
  • Between 9 a.m. and midnight. a cancellation fee equal to the full fare plus gratuity will be charged for cancellations made less than two hours before the requested time. For reservations between midnight and 9 a.m. twelve hours notice is required for waiver of fee. No shows will be billed full fare plus gratuity and expenses.
     
  • Additional late/early charges apply for service between midnight and 5:45 a.m.
     
  • A $15 per trip holiday charge will be added for travel on Easter, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, after 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and all day on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
     
  • Because of the additional time required waiting for checked luggage (as opposed to just carry-on), a $12 (includes gratuity) waiting charge would be added for passengers arriving with checked luggage AT LOGAN AIRPORT ONLY. There is no checked-luggage waiting fee at other airports.
     
  • Airport Direct grants a ten-minute grace period before waiting charges of $72 per hour (includes gratuity) calculated in five-minute increments, retroactive to the originally-requested time, commence.
     
  • Extra stops are $10 each when in the same town, $15 in adjacent towns, and include five minutes of waiting time. Waiting charges will apply for stops longer than five minutes. Please inform the dispatcher when making your reservations if there will be additional stops en route.
     
  • Unless other arrangements have been made with the office, a credit card guarantee is required for all reservations. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
     
  • Pets must be in appropriate cages.
     
  • Meet and greet services are available for an additional $40.
