  MassPort requires all car service drivers to wait for arriving passengers in designated limousine waiting areas at Terminals A and E. For Terminals B and C, Massport now requires drivers to wait for their passengers at the limo holding area on Harborside Drive until the passenger has notified the livery company that he has collected his luggage and is ready for pickup. Only then may the drivers go to the terminals.

Listed below are the limousine waiting areas for each active terminal at Logan Airport. Your driver will be waiting by the car with a SCHOOL-BUS YELLOW sign with your name on it.

If you are unfamiliar with the airport or station, we strongly suggest you print out these instructions and keep them with your ticket so that you will have it when you arrive.

Terminal A
Alaska, Continental, Delta (except international arrivals), Delta Shuttle, Northwest/KLM (departures only)


Arriving passengers are met in the parking lot at the west end of the building. Exit the terminal at street level by the door between luggage carousels 1 and 2. Cross all three streets at the crosswalk directly in front of that door. The limo lot will be right before you at the far end of the crosswalk.
 
     
 

REMINDER: If you are arriving at Terminal B or C, you must call our office after you have collected your luggage so that we may release the driver from the holding area on Harborside Drive.

 
 
Terminal B-1
Air Canada, Air Canada Jazz, Midwest, Spirit, US Airways, US Airways Shuttle, Virgin America


Upon arrival call our dispatcher at 800 444 1511 and tell him that you have landed. If you have checked luggage retrieve your belongings at the lower level and take the elevators or escalator up one flight to the departure level. If you have no checked luggage, remain at the departure level after deplaning and exit the terminal by the doors in front of the check-in counters. Our driver will meet you at the curb at the UPPER (departure) level--not outside baggage claim—by the pillars with the yellow bands that say “Reserved Limos”.

Terminal B-2
American (except international arrivals)


Upon arrival call our dispatcher at 800 444 1511 and tell him that you have landed. If you have checked luggage obtain your luggage at the lower level and take the elevators or escalator up one flight to the departure level. If you have no checked luggage, remain at the departure level after deplaning and exit the terminal by the doors in front of the check-in counters. Our driver will meet you at the curb on the UPPER (departure) level--not outside baggage claim-- by the pillars with the yellow bands that say "Reserved Limos."

Terminal C
Air Tran, Cape Air, Jet Blue (except international arrivals), United


Upon arrival call our dispatcher at 800 444 1511 and tell him that you have landed. If you have checked luggage, collect your belongings at the lower level and take the elevator or escalator up one flight to the departure level. If you have no checked luggage, remain at the upper level after deplaning and exit the terminal using the doors by the check-in counters. Your driver will be waiting at the outermost concrete island from the terminal on the UPPER (departure) level--not at the baggage claim level.

Terminal E
Southwest and All international flights requiring customs, most charter flights but other terminals as well


Exit the building at street level at the domestic arrival end of the terminal using the door between the Hudson News kiosk and the elevators, cross the street at the crosswalk and enter the parking lot. Your driver will be waiting in the limo parking area at the far end of the crosswalk.

OTHER AIRPORTS/STATIONS

T. F. Green Airport, Warwick, R. I.
Meet your driver inside the terminal at the base of the escalators leading to the baggage claim carousels.

Manchester Airport, Manchester, N. H.
Meet your driver inside the terminal by the baggage carousels.

Route 128 Amtrak Station, Westwood, MA
Meet your driver at the curb by the door leading from the station to the parking garage. If arriving from points west, use the pedestrian bridge over the tracks to the station.

Back Bay Amtrak Station
Meet your driver at the curb by the Dartmouth Street door.

South Station
Meet your car on Atlantic Avenue adjacent to the taxi stand.
